Essentially it is one large cut of filet mignon, so it is extremely tender and moist. Each Lindauer Family Farms Premium Chateaubriand is dry-aged to perfect tenderness and expertly hand-trimmed.

The Chateaubriand is also known as the Tenderloin roast.

Our gourmet Chateaubriand is available in a generous portion of approximately 32 oz. and is between 3 1/2 - 4" thick. The Chateaubriand is individually wrapped and vacuum sealed for freshness.
